About Our Service
Across Derbyshire, we provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation to adults diagnosed with Neurological conditions or Stroke.
Our Therapists, Nurses, Support workers and Admin work together to deliver a highly specialist multidisciplinary service, providing personalised and goal orientated neurological rehabilitation.
We provide assessment and treatment to support people to achieve their full rehabilitation potential. We also offer advice and education to help people understand their condition and promote self -management.
