About our Service
Who you are: We provide specialist assessments and rehabilitation for patients with a head injury who are registered with a North Derbyshire GP.
Our Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, Brain Injury Rehabilitation Assistant and Admin Support work together to deliver high quality services for adults diagnosed with a head injury.
Assessment and treatment are provided in both clinic and community settings.
What happens now? When your referral is accepted you will be placed on a waiting list. The team will then contact you to arrange an initial assessment, this could be either in clinic, over the telephone or in the community.

Can I bring a family member? Patients will be welcomed to bring a family member, carer or friend to the appointment.
