About our Service
We support patients with a Parkinsons, Lewy body disease, progressive supranuclear palsy, multi systems atrophy and cortico basal degeneration. Who you are; We are a team of a Clinical Nurse and 2 Advanced support workers. We cover all areas of North Derbyshire providing you have a GP in this area. Assessment and Treatment are provided in both clinic and community settings.
What happens now - When your referral is received the team will triage and contact will be made with you for the appropriate course of treatment. This could either be clinic, telephone or community setting. For more information around this please see the link below.
About your appointment - This maybe a telephone consultation initially.
Can I bring a family member? Family members are welcome to be involved in discussions around your care and treatment.
