Managing Your Appointments

You can now view and cancel your appointments via Airmid. Airmid is a health app that helps you manage your appointments and communications with our services.

Cancellations

If you are struggling to attend your appointments, please contact us to discuss what support we can offer to help you find the right appointment for you.

If now is not the right time for you to have an appointment with us, please let us know. You can refer yourself back into our Outpatient Musculoskeletal Therapy service at any time without needing to see a GP.

Refer Yourself

If you are aged 18 years and over, you can refer yourself for an assessment with our Musculoskeletal Therapy team.

If you are under 18, please see your GP.

Please note we only accept referrals to our MSK CATS service from GPs and consultants. Self-referral is not available for this service.
