About us
Derbyshire Community Health Services employs nurses to deliver quality care for adults, older adults, children and young people across a number of services throught Derbyshire.
Some of our nurses are working in hospitals based on wards, many are working in the community visiting patients in their own homes, whilst others are working in specialist clinics, schools, GP practices and other outreach settings.
Our nurses work closely with social care and other health care professionals.
