Community Diabetes
The community diabetes specialist nursing team provides a service for people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes living in North Derbyshire.
Diabetes Education
This service is a group education programme for people with type 2 diabetes or who have pre-diabetes.
If you have type 2 diabetes or have pre-diabetes, this programme is an important part of your treatment plan to help you to understand your condition so that you can learn how to control it and have the best quality of life possible.
