Speaking Up the DCHS Way

DCHS believe in an open and honest Culture and is committed to creating and supporting a culture where staff are encourages and empowered to raise concerns without fear of recrimination or victimisation in any way.

Speaking up can take many forms and can be done in many ways.

This portal is designed to help you find the most appropriate route and offering support from the Freedom to Speak up Guardian where you feel unable to speak up or raise concerns by other options – or where you have tried and need further support.

Our senior leaders and Freedom to Speak Up Guardian tell you about this in the videos below, plus we’ve designed a flowchart to help you identify how you can raise a concern and access sources of advice.
