Members of the public are warmly invited to attend the online Annual Members’ Meeting of Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust on Tuesday 25 November from 1.00pm to 2.30pm.
The meeting will:
- Report on the Trust’s performance during 2024/25
- Formally publish the 2024/25 annual report and quality account for the Trust
- Feature presentations from executive directors on key achievements and priorities for the year ahead
- Include updates showcasing developments in community health services across Derby and Derbyshire
- Offer opportunities to ask questions live during the meeting, or you can submit questions in advance by emailing: dchst.members@nhs.net
This year’s meeting will be held virtually, and the joining link will be available on the Trust’s homepage on the day: www.dchs.nhs.uk.
