Inpatient services at Derbyshire Community Health Services (DCHS) have been rated 'good' following the recent assessment by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This is a strong endorsement of the care being delivered across our community hospitals and reflects the commitment, compassion and professionalism of teams involved. The report highlights a strong learning culture, where patients are kept safe, treated as individuals and actively involved in decisions about their care. It also recognises the skill and dedication of multidisciplinary teams, the quality of environments and the way colleagues work together – and with partners – to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
