Belper’s new health centre takes shape!
These images show progress on the new Belper health centre in recent days. Now the frame is in place we can visualise better how impressive the new building will look when completed. Henry Brothers Construction started work on site in August 2024 and they have made steady progress on the £15m structure which has been designed by Race Cottam Associates and which meets top environmental standards.
The completed building will include 14 consulting rooms, six treatment rooms, a health education group room and other facilities, and will provide a range of services including community nursing, midwifery clinics, podiatry services, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, continence advisory service, wound care and phlebotomy. It is expected to open to patients in early 2026.
