If you are at Walton in the next few days, you can also view the photos in larger form on display outside the dining room and place your vote via more old-fashioned sticky dots beside your favourite. An information roadshow about the new community diagnostic centre was well attended at Walton last Thursday. It included displays of architect’s images to help people visualise what the new centre will look like, internally and externally, when it is completed during mid-2025. Visitors, including deputy chief executive Darren Tidmarsh (pictured), were able to find out more about some of the high-tech diagnostic tests which will be available in the new unit and get a progress update on the building works. Foundations and groundworks are well underway and the modular building which will house the diagnostic facilities will be craned into position in the new year.
