We need your help to continue shaping our work on workforce race as well as disability equality and inclusion
We invite you to attend virtual sessions on 21 August, 4 and 16 September (joining details in the table below) to go through DCHS' 2025 data on the NHS Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) and NHS Workforce Disability Standard (WDES) respectively.
WRES data highlights differences between the experiences and treatment of White and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic colleagues and WDES data compares workplace and career experiences of colleagues with and without a disability and/or long-term conditions, with a view to closing the gaps highlighted through actions for continuous improvements over time. Participate in coproducing actionable improvements to shape a more inclusive workforce. Your voice matters and your feedback is important!
