New lunch and learn series on genomic/genetic testing
Genomics is transforming healthcare - and it’s no longer a niche subject. From diagnosis to personalised treatment, genomic knowledge is becoming essential across all clinical roles.
A new national lunch and learn series, developed by healthcare professionals, for healthcare professionals, is here to support you, and is perfect for those with little to no experience of genomics.
On 17 June you can join a session on Consent, Ethics and Research Essentials, whilst a session on 23 July looks at Practical family history taking skills for holistic care. The sessions are short, free to attend and are aimed at nurses, doctors, AHPs, pharmacists, midwives - any healthcare professional with an interest in knowing more about genomics and its relevancy to clinical practice.
