Issues using MS Teams on sim-enabled laptops resolved
There has recently been a technical issue that has prevented colleagues using MS Teams over sim enabled laptops. The issue with accessing MS Teams calls over sim enabled laptops is now resolved and colleagues should now be able to access MS Teams via their sim, when necessary.
Any users still not able to access MS Teams should call ArdenGEM on 0300 123 1020
Please be aware that, even in areas where signal strength is good, sim connections will not offer the same degree of connectivity as wifi or a cabled network connection. Trying to run multiple applications, such as MS Teams and SystmOne, may result in poor connectivity.
Colleagues are therefore advised to:
- Use wifi or a cabled connection where available
- Turn off their camera/video if connectivity is poor.
