Locally, DCHS has not been significantly affected. While HealthRoster and associated systems are currently unavailable, all other key systems at DCHS are functioning with only minor disruptions.
However, local Acute services and GP practices that use EMIS have been significantly impacted, which may affect some of our teams who work with them.
In case S1 is impacted, please ensure caseloads are downloaded onto S1 mobile, working as part of business continuity plans.
We want to reassure staff that this is not a security incident or cyberattack. The issue has been identified, isolated, and a fix is being deployed, although it is not yet possible to say when normal services may be resumed.
