We’ve devised a short survey which should take no more than five minutes to complete and all of your answers are anonymous. We want to understand the benefits and challenges you have with the systems. You can access the survey from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
This DCHS survey builds upon a national survey of users of clinical IT systems which some of you will have filled in last year. We want to build upon that, to understand better how you are finding the systems as a user, so please let us know the good and the not-so-good.
