Datix incident/Risk management system - essential maintenance
The Datix Incident/Risk Management system will be unavailable from:-
10.00am – 2.00pm on Wednesday 12 October 2022
This is due to essential maintenance (system upgrade), sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Staff are asked to make a note of any incident or risk that requires reporting whilst the system is down and to ensure they are reported when the system is back on line. Any ‘significant’ incidents should be raised with the Patient Safety team directly while the system is unavailable on T: 01246 515807.
