As of 1st September 2024, all NHS trusts will transition to a fully digital payslip, available to access and view via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR). Paper payslips will no longer be issued. Staff members will be able to access their payslip online through the following methods:
- My ESR Webpage (https://my.esr.nhs.uk/): Accessible via any work or personal laptop.
- MyESR App: Available for download on both Apple and Android devices.

A Leavers Dashboard has been introduced that will allow ex-employees to access their last P60s and P45s and last 4 payslips for 90 days after they have left employment. If the users wishes to have access to more payslips these will need to be saved/printed manually before their termination date.
When logging in as a Leaver with access to the Leavers Dashboard, the user will be taken straight to the dashboard and no other option will be available.
