We’re delighted to be able to launch the 2026/27 annual leave purchase scheme (ALPS). In our ongoing endeavour to support staff wellbeing, we are pleased to say that the scheme will now have two opening windows.
For the 2026/27 scheme you’ll be able to purchase up to the equivalent of 10 days/two working weeks (pro-rata based on your contractual hours and subject to national minimum wage checks). Applications must be received by 6th March for salary deductions to be made in 12 monthly instalments from April 2026 (provided the employee does not leave or take an employment break, which would trigger recovery in full).
The scheme will open again (five days maximum/one working week, pro-rata) in September for deductions to be made in six monthly payments (further comms will be issued ahead of re-opening).
