A new self-help facility is now available for you to unlock or reset your own computer login password This new facility is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year without having to contact the IT support desk.
The option to reset your password by calling the Service Desk will no longer be available from 1 August. Please can all users enrol for this new and improved option as soon as possible.
