Our virtual Annual Members' Meeting will take place on Tuesday 25 November.

Please join us to review our Trust’s performance during the reporting year 2024/25. We’ll invite questions and comments about our performance, finances and priorities, and share details about how we are building on our achievements in 2025/26.
The AMM/AGM marks the formal publication of our audited accounts and statutory reporting requirements. We previously hosted the ‘Better Together: Stories of Our Year’ event in September which gave us the opportunity to celebrate achievements, share case studies and reflect on where we need to focus next.

The meeting reported on the Trust’s performance during 2023/24 and included presentations from executive directors on areas of progress and key priorities for the year ahead in delivering NHS community health services as part of the Derbyshire integrated care system. There were also videos and updates on some exciting developments in patient care across community health services in Derby and Derbyshire.
