Apprenticeships at DCHS
Apprenticeships are work-based learning programmes available to both new and existing staff of any age.
From Level 2 apprenticeships through to degree level apprenticeships, the wide range of NHS apprenticeships available allow staff within a variety of roles and at different stages of their career to further develop their skills, competencies and practice. As a result, apprenticeships provide a clear development pathway for individuals looking to progress their career via a work-based route.
We offer apprenticeships in a wide range of roles including: business administration; team leading; operations/department managers; pharmacy technician; health care support worker; assistant practitioners; therapy support assistant; finance assistant.
There are few careers that are as rewarding as one in the NHS, or that will give you the
opportunity to work with such a variety of people.
We have multiple opportunities to work across Derbyshire Community Health
Services and Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trusts in a broad range of
services including HR, leadership and development and a variety of teams across
- HR Support (Level 3, 18 months)
- Business Administration (Level 3, 18 months)
